Inspired from the theme of "Preventive Maintenance" at the recent 2002 GEAPS convention, Superior Technologies has developed a two-step Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) to meet your ongoing PMP challenges.
STEP 1: Preserve... Protect... Prevent
Our weighing systems specialists will visit your facility and conduct a comprehensive preventive and protective maintenance check. The frequency and specific services to be performed are established in advance with on-site service visits scheduled by mutual agreement.

Included with this plan is access to Superior's FTP server for your facility's maintenance history, 24/7! After our weighing systems specialist has completed the on-site inspection, ALL information will be electronically classified and stored in the appropriate on-line facility directory. Superior's FTP service becomes an invaluable resource for maintaining a historical archive of all control and weighing system activity to complement corporate Preventative Maintenance and Security programs.

Additional PMP Options...
Superior Technologies also provides optional services that will enhance your Preventive Maintenance Program. Our Support PLUS and Scale Inspection PLUS Agreements assist to improve the overall operating efficiency of your facility.
Support PLUS Agreement:
Should your facilities require off-warranty Control & Weighing System service during the year, you can receive phone support from 8 AM - 5 PM CST, Monday - Friday. A record of all support information is stored in the appropriate on-line facility directory on Superior's FTP server.
Scale Inspection PLUS Agreement:
Scale inspection and Full Measurement Canada Approved Certification of all your scale/weighing systems at a preferred labour rate with pro-rated travel & vehicle expenses. All scale information will be added to the appropriate on-line facility directory on Superior's FTP server.
