First Measurement Canada Accredited Scale Company in Manitoba
The official presentation of the Accreditation certificate by Measurement Canada took place at
Superior Technologies on October 24, 2002.
September 06, 2002 was the day Superior Technologies reached a new milestone. This was the day
they were certified to conduct Legal For Trade Initial Inspections on Device Types NA-3 and NA-4
on behalf of Measurement Canada. Along with their ISO 9001 designation, this became a greater
indication of Superior Technologies complete commitment to quality.
- Superior Technologies became the third private-sector firm in Canada to be certified to inspect scales on behalf of Measurement Canada.
- Accredited companies such as Superior Technologies conducting inspections on behalf of Measurement Canada should reduce waiting time by companies to have their scales inspected.
